Davida Heller, founder of Ecospire Inc., is a corporate and residential eco-sustainability consultant. She is a LEED AP and has received additional green building certifications through Build It Green and the CBPCA Energy Star program. She has consulted with homeowners and companies to create heathlier and more sustainabile living and working environments.
Davida’s path to create Ecospire started at an early age. As a child, she insisted on coloring both sides of every piece of paper to do her share to “save trees.” Now she’s committed to doing much more, but still believes changing the world starts with just a step in the right direction.
Davida incorporates her ten years of experience working in project development with high-end clients in the entertainment industry to her work in sustainability. She began her career at Creative Artists Agency working with Literary Agent, John Campisi and then Managing Partner, Bryan Lourd. Following CAA, she went on to be Vice President of Production at Radar Pictures.
In Davida’s spare time, she assisted friends and family with creating environmentally conscious lifestyle habits and promoted awareness for eco-friendly issues, products and services. She soon realized that helping people incorporate sustainable choices into their lives was her true passion. Davida officially started on her new career path in sustainability and created Ecospire in July 2008.
Originally from New York, Davida lived in Los Angeles after graduating from The George Washington University in 1999 and has recently returned to New York where she has expanded Ecospire and is pursuing her Masters in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
