Congratulations to TeamMarine this weeks Climate Community Citizen of the Week.
TeamMarine is an amazing group of students at Santa Monica High School. They are lead by one of the more committed teachers – Ben Kay – that we have met. TeamMarine is very active in the Santa Monica area – and has a special love and respect for the beach and ocean.
Over the past several months we have seem TeamMarine active in several events around the LA area. We have also visited their class room – met with several of their leaders and have had TeamMarine post and article for us recently.
We hope that these students continue to do the hard work of caring for our planet.
