As we head towards Copenhagen there are a set of international meetings going on that were designed to set the stage for a successful year end 2009 UN Climate meeting.
Unfortunately – the these preliminary meeting are not going very well.
The most recent meeting held this week in Bangkok appear to have ended without resolution of key emission and financial standards.
