In August Lawrence University in Appleton Wisconsin held a contest for students to create a video that would discuss the ways that Lawrence University is working toward environmental sustainability. There were 3 finalists and we are please to be highlighting the “winning” video.
There are several things about this project that we believe are amazing – first of course is that these videos are just perfect! Clearly the students spent real time and effort on this project – with a quality outcome that is absolutely first rate. Second – the depth and breath of the effort by the University and the students is something to give us a degree of hope and pride. Young people today “get it” and are living their lives in a more sustainable manor. This is climate education at its best.
The three producers of the above video are – Kaushal Malde ’11, Kevin Gabrielsen ’11, Nate Grady ’11
This is a great job by these students and by all who were involved!
