It looks like the Cash for Clunkers program will pass this week in the US Senate. This is good news.
The program is working, the auto companies are selling cars, and we are getting older cars off of the road.
Newer fuel efficient cars will be on the road – this is all good.
Could the program be better – probably but it shows who quickly people will react to economic incentives!
Climate education has to include economic education….and this one seems to be working…
